When you submit an enquiry through Backed, you confirm that you are authorised to do so on behalf of the business and that the details you provide are accurate.

Backed is a business finance introducer, not a lender, and we do not give advice or recommendations. We collect your information so we can introduce you to one or more funding partners who may be able to help your business.

We will share your details with a funding partner or broker so they can contact you by phone or email about your enquiry. This is limited to discussing your enquiry.

A funding partner may also carry out a soft credit search to assess eligibility. This search is visible to you on your credit file, but it does not affect your credit score.

We currently work with Capify, iwoca and FlexyKap (MaxCap), with Tera Business Finance as a fallback. The partners we introduce you to depend on your business profile and each provider’s criteria.

Submitting an enquiry does not give us or our partners consent to send you marketing messages unrelated to this enquiry. If a partner wants to send you marketing, they must ask for your separate consent.

You can withdraw your consent or ask us to stop processing your enquiry at any time by emailing ioan@backeduk.com. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot continue to help you with this enquiry.
